If I sign up for a membership am I restricted to certain times?
You sure aren't!! You can come any day and to any class we have be it Synergy Kettlebell Training class, Kick Boxing, Core Domination, Boot Camp, and Kettlebell Sport. You will always be coached by a certified Kettlebell Instructor in every class & workshop.
REAL RESULTS: At Synergy Kettlebell Training we are essentially personal training in a group environment. Synergy Members simply show up and train directly with an experienced certified Kettlebell Coach in their Kettlebell workout of the day. The workout is different every day and is fully prepared for you when you walk through our doors.
There's one to two professionally certified Kettlebell coaches working with you whenever you come in. You also get continuous hands-on training and direction from an experienced Coach focused on keeping your results coming. As a Synergy Kettlebell Training Member you get Unlimited Training. What is the Synergy Kettlebell Training's "Skinny Strong" style all about?
VERY good question! We want to get as strong as we possibly can without any added bulk whatsoever. In fact bulk and getting bulky is quite cumbersome to the Kettlebell movements that we practice. Because we work your full-body every time, you burn the absolute most calories the fastest and most efficient with our targeted burst style training methods that simulataneously works the prime mover muscles and the heart. Your metabolism will be spiked to the max after one of our workouts!!
When I attend Synergy Kettlebell Training what items do I need to bring?
Members are expected to arrive with a great big smile on your face ready to go at least 10-15 minutes prior to class so we can get you properly warmed up! We provide the Kettlebells, water, and any other necessary equipment for the daily Kettlebell fat blasting workouts.
How does Synergy Kettlebell Training work?
All fitness levels are welcome! Everyone goes at their own pace. We do everything for time and it doesn't matter how many reps you do or how fast/slow you go... We always work hard and make sure you are pushed to your best potential. Even if you feel lousy one day and second guess coming in for your workout, do it anyway because I promise you when you leave (we call that "Rearview Mirror Time") you will feel revived and energized!
You will progress very quickly with Kettlebell training because we train the core to use all the stabilizing muscles to make the larger primary muscles even stronger and work together in synergy so that you increase your fitness level faster than any other program. On top of that it's proven that you burn 20-28 calories a minute on average- which is twice that of running, biking, spinning class, Zumba, and swimming.
What makes Synergy's program so different from other Personal Training, Group Training, or Boot Camp style training programs?
We are the most affordable Kettlebell Personal Training & Kettlebell Boot Camp. We do not focus on typical gym style weight lifting which simply does not work for 90% of the population. Everything we do is scalable for all fitness levels and we instruct everyone to go at their own pace, but believe me we will definitely push that pace so you get the absolute most out of your workouts.
Essentially we make getting into great shape as easy as it gets, but do not mistake what we do as easy because it most definitely is not. All you need to do is consistently show up, work hard, and your results will come. Then the only question will be how fast.
